1. what is cold brew?

cold brew is a coffee option! made by steeping ground beans in cold water for 12-24 hours then straining out the grounds. it is a concentrate, so we can serve it with water, milks, etc. to preference.

2. how do I mix it?

typically we use a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio of coffee to _____ and pour it over a glass full of ice. definitely experiment though and let me know what you discover!

3. how much should i get?

whatever you might like for the week. it’ll last 2+ weeks in the fridge but why not keep it fresh? plus save on fridge space.

4. how does ordering work?

no subscription, just a weekly ordering link sent directly to your inbox. fill out the form, make a payment and get pumped.

5. where do you deliver?

free delivery to seattle’s districts 1, 2, 3, & 7.. basically south end, west seattle, central and up to the cut.

flat fee of $2 for elsewhere in seattle. if you are interested to join but outside of the delivery zone, let’s chat. maybe we can work something out.

6. what if I forget to order?

7. can I customize the coffee?

our menu is limited right now, but let me know what you’d like to see next on the offerings.

8. is it sweetened?
the standard concentrate is unsweetened. If you want a version blended with oat milk and a little sugar, we’ve got that too—just select it when you order.

9. do I need to be home for delivery?
nope! We drop it off at your door. Just make sure there’s a safe spot—and get it into the fridge when you can.

10. what if I have a question about my order?
just reply to the order email or message us on Instagram. We’re small, and you’ll be talking to a real person.

11. is the bottle returnable or recyclable?
(if you have a policy here—bottle returns, reuse, etc.—this is a great place to clarify it.)
